For the protection of your clothing, I ask that you wear the smocks that are provided when receiving any chemical service. I regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced.
To ensure you get your preferred appointment time we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of the clients.
